Shipping and Delivery Policy
How soon is my order Shipped?
We start order processing within 24-48 hours after you have
placed an order. Unless your order specifies any customizations or alterations,
our aim is to ensure your order is dispatched within that period the initial
48-72 hours of the order being placed.
(Exception: This timeline may extend owing to any
disruptions including but not limited to national holidays, government
regulations, natural calamities or Act of God)
How is Delivery charge calculated?
For Domestic orders:
All pre-paid orders are eligible for free shipping, i.e.- no
additional cost for any pin codes within the territory of India. Our shipping
partners include FedEx, DTDC, Trackon, Gati and India Post.
All orders that are placed using cash on delivery as mode of
payment are charged an additional cost of INR 120 (irrespective of the pin code
or number of items ordered) as a logistic charge. Our shipping partners include
FedEx and India Post.
For International orders:
We deliver products to every country that accepts orders
with India as origin.
All international orders up till USD 300 will be charged USD
20 flat as shipping charge (irrespective of the total number of items ordered).
Our prices are inclusive of all taxes (except Import Duty, if applicable at
your destination region). Our international shipping partners include FedEx,
UPS, Aramex, DHL, DTDC.
When will my order be delivered to me?
Usually, the estimated time for delivery for any domestic
order is 4-5 working days from the day the order was placed. For international
orders, the estimated time of delivery lies between 7-8 working days.
However, in case your order included any customization or
alteration requests, the delivery time may vary. For further details about
estimated time of delivery, please connect with us via WhatsApp/ E-Mail.
(Exception: In some cases where delivery is not possible due
to the destination address being located in an interior location, the logistic
services- India Post may get in touch with you for pick-up.)
What if I am facing problems with my delivery?
In case you are facing any difficulty in tracking your order
status, have not received your order or any such difficulties; please feel free
to connect with us via WhatsApp/ E-Mail our customer support team will help you
to the best of their abilities.
What if something is wrong with the order delivered to me?
Team NAC does everything they can to ensure top quality
products as per the order of your requested reach your doorstep in the fastest
way possible but if you find anything incorrect or incomplete kindly let us
know!
In case the item/items you have received is/are inconsistent
with the order placed by you, we will make necessary arrangements to rectify
the same.
In case the order you receive seems damaged or tampered
with, please do not accept the order from the delivery personnel and let us
know so we can look into it. If you do accept it, make sure you mention on the
form offered by the delivery personnel that you are receiving a tampered
consignment and preferably take a picture, this makes it easy for us to look
into what went wrong. Meanwhile, we will be ensuring you receive your order as
per the invoice.
